1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard (non‑customised) products within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.

2. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

• Made to the customer’s specifications
• Clearly personalised
• Custom-built or produced on request

This includes, but is not limited to:

• UNDŌ cycling clothing that is personalised or made to order
• TRIGON BESPOKE framesets, including custom paint or finish options
• ONEAER wheels with personalised specifications

These products are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold. This exclusion applies unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

3. Conditions for Standard Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and uninstalled
• Clean and unwashed
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a fault or incorrect delivery:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service

UNDŌ STUDIO is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods and are issued using the original payment method.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. This applies also to custom and personalised products and does not affect your statutory rights.
