These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the sale of products through the UNDŌ STUDIO website. By placing an order, you agree to these T&C and confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
1. Scope of Application
These T&C apply to all sales made through the UNDŌ STUDIO online store. They form a legally binding contract between TIM WENDELINA THEODORUS MEUSEN (UNDŌ STUDIO) and you, the buyer. These T&C override any other document unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Products
UNDŌ STUDIO sells:
- UNDŌ cycling clothing
- TRIGON carbon framesets
- ALTALIST performance eyewear
- ONEAER carbon wheels
Product descriptions are provided for information. Minor variations in order, colour, specifications, or parts may occur. All products are subject to availability.
3. Ordering and Acceptance
3.1 Orders are placed through our website.
3.2 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
3.3 We reserve the right to reject orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Once this time has passed, the order enters processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT for EU customers.
5.2 For international sales, additional duties or taxes may apply.
5.3 Payment is taken at the time of order via card, PayPal, or other methods offered at checkout.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Shipping destinations include Spain and the EU.
6.2 Spain: delivery within approximately 2–5 business days.
6.3 Rest of EU: delivery within approximately 5–10 business days.
6.4 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.5 Free shipping within Spain is available for orders over €200.
6.6 Shipping costs outside Spain vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
6.7 You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the products.
7.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (e.g., email).
7.3 Returns must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags/packaging intact.
7.4 You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
7.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items and will be made to the original payment method.
8. Warranty & Defects
8.1 All products carry the EU legal guarantee of conformity, which covers manufacturing defects.
8.2 This warranty does not cover damage due to:
- Crashes, impacts, improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or negligence
- Modifications or third-party repairs
This applies in particular to framesets, wheels, eyewear, and clothing.
8.3 If a product is faulty, contact Customer Support with photos and order details.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 UNDŌ STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9.2 Liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including logos, images, and text — is the property of UNDŌ STUDIO or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content without permission.
11. Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy in compliance with the GDPR and Spanish data protection laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Spanish law and the consumer rights provisions of the EU.
For disputes, the courts of the buyer’s place of residence (if within the EU) may apply; otherwise, Spanish courts are competent.
